Refund Policy

Prior to order...

We loooove hair accessories. We understand that you might get excited on all these awesome cheer bows. That's why we set up this website! We always want you to be pleased with our hair bows and will be more than happy  to answer any questions about the product you are ordering, for FREE! Please be advised  that returning goods may be costly even though our products are generally small. So if in doubt, feel free to ask!

We try to provide clear descriptions and as much details as possible on our website. Unfortunately samples in small amount are not available unless your potential order quantity exceeds 80 pieces.


Damages and Issues

All orders are packed and inspected very carefully prior to packing, but occasionally damage can occur in transit. This is, however, very rare.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Faulty items/ Package error

Very rarely, packing mistakes are made as we exercise care during package process. We are really sorry if any errors occur. 

We do ask you to unpack and inspect the order within 5 days of delivery*. If we have sent you the wrong item, please make sure to keep the original packaging so the goods can be returned in perfect condition. And contact us immediately regarding this error.

Return goods

The cost of returning goods is the customer's responsibility, unless in the case of packaging error or damaged goods. Refunded goods are at the risk of the customers until received by us safely. For order more than AUD 70, we advise you to use a trackable shipping method.

If items are purchased with free delivery that means we covered the freight on our cost. An adjustment will be made to compensate us for this cost if such goods are to be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time (up to 14 days, but usually quicker than that) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
